At one time or another, we’ve all bellied up to the bar and asked for the house red. But our house red really puts an emphasis on house.
A few of years back, general manager Tyler Burby traveled to Walla Walla, Washington, to talk to vintner David Stephenson about a collaborative wine to offer our guests. What resulted from those first meetings—and so many subsequent tastings—is Settateaux, an Old World Bordeaux-inspired Cabernet Sauvignon, blended with Malbec, merlot, and cabernet franc.
Serrateaux pairs perfectly with our pizzas and pastas. And honestly, it pairs rather nicely with a second glass.
