Chef Tony Meyers
Just like Serratto, executive chef Tony Meyers has a little Italian in him—he learned his way around the kitchen by tugging at his Sicilian grandmother’s apron strings. Later, he became immersed in farm-to-table cooking while helping his father raise livestock in Placerville, California.
At Serratto, he combines his classic French training and his knowledge of wild meats and game with his love of creating unique dishes that showcase the best local ingredients the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
Serratto Private Dining Rooms
Serratto offers ideal accommodations for your private event. Our two rooms can each seat up to 16 people, and together they open up into a large single space that can seat up to 40. The mezzanine adjacent to the private rooms can also be reserved for your event for a cocktail reception before or after your meal. You can also reserve other areas of the restaurant for your group depending on your needs and budget.

Planning Your Event
Here at Serratto, we have the experience and the expertise to customize your event. We have helped host events of all types, including company holiday parties, rehearsal dinners, 50th wedding anniversaries, and surprise birthday parties, in addition to journal clubs, business meetings, and all-day corporate planning sessions. Lunches are served with two or three courses, while dinners feature with two to three course, while dinners feature three or four. We can also host cocktail receptions with finger foods or family style food options. Let us know what you want and we’ll work with you to create the best possible event for you and your group.
